A culture of inclusion

Business resource groups (BRGs) at Wipfli foster a culture where all feel welcomed and valued. The unique perspectives from each of our BRGs fuel a culture of diversity and inclusion, as well as unify our associates in their mission to eliminate the challenges that each group faces in the workplace.

An award-winning workplace

Wipfli earned several workplace awards in FY 2024, such as being included in Built In’s list of Best Places to Work in the U.S., Vault’s Best Internships for Diversity and Handshake’s Early Talent Awards. Our commitment to empowering associates with work-from-home flexibility and a superior culture is what has set Wipfli apart as a great place to work.

“Wipfli’s flexible work schedule allows me to meet my client’s needs while still experiencing a great work-life balance. I can actively participate in my son’s school and sporting events and feel present in my personal life outside of work. To say I’m happy I joined the team is an understatement.”

Sarah Paul, Senior Healthcare Consultant

“Wipfli empowers me to pursue my passion for nurturing growth and improvement and that makes my role truly fulfilling. The inspiring culture and camaraderie within Wipfli allow us to collaborate seamlessly and create meaningful impact for our clients.”

The associate experience

Every year we invite our associates to share their perspectives so we can identify areas where we can enhance their experience and engagement. This feedback drives our people strategies and inspires us to create new initiatives to enhance the associate experience. This year's survey revealed standout areas where our associates rate us the highest:
  • The associates on my team show commitment to integrity.
  • My team is committed to providing outstanding service.
  • The people I work with treat each other with respect.
  • My performance coach cares about me as a person.
  • I believe this organization will be successful in the future.
  • I believe a diverse workforce is important to achieving our organizational goals.

Wipfli gives back

The Wipfli Foundation is a charitable giving organization that puts our money where our mouth is. The Wipfli Foundation supports nonprofits through scholarships, charitable giving and an innovative partnership with Groundswell, an associate matching program that democratizes giving to the causes our associates care about most.

More to life than work

Your wellness is important, which is why Wipfli associates can take flexible time off work. We also have dedicated well-being days so our associates can take time away from work without stress. Some of our top benefits appreciated by our associates in FY 2024:

  • Health plan coverage that includes fertility, adoption, surrogacy, gender-affirming care and travel benefits.
  • Virgin Pulse app where associates are rewarded with real money for their healthy behaviors. Wipfli awarded $354,300 in FY 2024 to associates via Virgin Pulse.

We also added new perks and benefits this year, such as:

  • Adding Juneteenth and Veteran’s Day as paid holidays for 2024.
  • Rolling out a new health benefit called “Let’s Get Checked,” enabling associates to complete important health screenings at no cost and in the comfort of their own home.
  • A new health partnership with 9amHealth, a virtual care program designed for individuals living with existing healthcare conditions.

“Nearly two-thirds of our associates work hybrid or remotely. We have associates in nearly every state, with many living in rural communities where access to cost-effective, timely care can be a challenge. We’ve introduced more virtual benefits to help associates incorporate well-being into their normal routines.”
